Kia Ora Bloggers. In Te Ngahere we have been learning about food groups with Whaea Gina she came in and talked with us about food groups that we should be eating. Here are the four groups we learned about: dairy, grains, protein, vegetables and fruits. We learnt about this for healthy eating, keeping fit and making sure that were eating the right foods.
