Breaking My Arm!

Kia ora Bloggers. Last Friday I went roller skating with my friends and broke my arm. I fell backwards and landed on my left arm. I had to go to hospital and get X-rays and have a cast put on. It took a very long time but I had my best friend with me when I did it and he wanted to come to hospital with me. We didn't get home until midnight. Here is my X-ray.

Kia ora Bloggers. In Te Ngahere, we have been reading about rockets and how to make different types of  miniature rockets using plastic bottles or card. In the next few weeks we will be with scientists and Engineers to make miniature rockets. I really enjoy reading about rockets, it has been interesting.



 

Class Tik Tok

Kia ora Bloggers. In Te Ngahere, we have been learning Tik Tok dances. I found that it was pretty hard to learn Tik Tok dances at the start, because I found that everyone's going super fast so it was a little hard to learn the moves. How you would do it is you would touch the opposite shoulder with your right hand, then you would touch the shoulder that your arm is on. You then push your arm up and then you repeat that  on the other side using your left hand. You then use both hands and criss cross your arms to each shoulder and then you touch your neck and push up both your arms above you. Here is my class doing the Tik Tok dance that we did.
