pet day

At Paihia School we have been doing

pet day. I entered in my rabbit called Oreo. My rabbit likes cuddles. He won a ribbon for the calmest rabbit. In class we made A&P digital posters and cookies.  My favourite thing was making cookies.

In Te Maunga we have been   doing a Google drawing about geometry .

It was hard drawing the shapes and I Iearnt that there is a side underneath.

procedure

In Te Maunga we have doing procedure writing about pikelets, about flubber and my goal is to write a little more.

Flubber

In Te Maunga the groups and the extra math group made flubber with pva glue, borax,  food colouring ,and water. 250 teaspoons of water and stir for 10 minutes.

Matariki

Paihia School celebrated Matariki at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. We planted plants ,we weaved fish, we saw the  new sign for Paihia School .

Fitness

At Paihia School we have a fitness rotation for our class to do.  I find press ups hard and I like doing Jam Jump.  

We have been learning about the rocky shore.  We had to put down what we saw and what we didn’t.  I will help look after the rocky shore by making a sign saying don’t take from the rocky shore.
